2. How do I apply for employment at TD Financing Services?

Once you have found the right position for you, we invite you to create a
personal profile outlining your qualifications and post your resume online.
This will enable us to review your information for future job opportunities and
allow you to:
- review detailed job opportunity information
- file a copy of your resume
- apply for jobs
- request to have automatic emails delivered to you whenever a job matching your skills
and interests becomes available.

3. What happens to my resume once I have applied?

Once you successfully complete an application online, you will be directed to a
Candidate Profile screen that confirms receipt of your application. Your application
will be reviewed by the Hiring Manager and if you are selected for an interview
you will be contacted via e-mail or telephone by the Hiring Manger or Human Resources.

4. What is the general hiring process for your positions?
|
This process can vary depending on the position, but the general process is as follows:
- Your resume will be received by Human Resources and be forwarded to a hiring manager
for his/her review.
- Short-listed candidates are contacted and screened in a telephone interview.
- Face-to-face interviews are scheduled.
- Background checks, including references are conducted on everyone being considered
for employment.
- Successful candidates are contacted and extended an offer of employment. A start
date and an orientation schedule will be discussed and arranged at this point.
